Kimberly Moore

Kimberly F. Moore is a Creative Catalyst and Mentor for Women; Shakti-Powered Entrepreneur; Blissful Revolutionary; Hungry Goddess; Writer; and Photographer. Creativity, Passion, and High Energy are her Super Powers and building empires of radical bliss is her life focus. Her personal site is ShaktiWomyn.com and her food site is HungryGoddess.com. She has been a Goddess Priestess for more than 20 years. Her areas of research, practice, and teaching are focused on Goddess Spirituality, Ritual Practice, Sacred HerStory, Comparative Mythology, and Archetypal Psychology. She has a special connection to Goddesses from the Greek, Hindu, and Yoruban traditions, but has worked with many other Goddesses through the years. She is an Aborisha in Lukumi and a Daughter of Oshun.

About this Course

My personal mission is to Find Foods that Love Me Back.  As my passion, food success, and recipe creation repertoire has grown, my mission has expanded to sharing my process and philosophy so everyone can find foods that love them back. I want us to enter into a committed, mindful love affair with our bodies that is full of bliss, compassion, and delight. Finding foods that love you back allows you to reclaim a healthy and exciting relationship with your body, your food, your spirit, your emotions - your WHOLE SELF.

This is not an overnight process. It is a mindful, every-single-day commitment that informs our mind-body-spirit connection and inspires us to approach food as a vital part of organic self care and self love. We embrace small changes that become magnificent shifts in our approach to food, how we eat it, and how we deeply live and honor our Selves. 

My daily spiritual life is vital, nourishing, and active. Mindful eating and connecting with my daily nourishment brings my food and spiritual practices and the creation of my whole self into profound alignment.
