Michelle is a Priestess, Women’s Circle Facilitator, Moon Mother®, Yoga Teacher, Holistic Therapist and Artist. Michelle has been working as a spiritual teacher for over 10 years and is passionate about connecting people to the rhythms and cycles of the seasons and the moon. She combines her background in Tibetan Buddhism with her Celtic roots and Magdalene Priestess training to create classes, workshops and events that help people connect to the magic that’s within them and around them.

MOVING WITH THE SEASONS - YOGA AND SEASONAL SELF CARE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

I am so excited to bring you this monthly membership designed to help you embrace your cyclical self. Adapting your yoga practice to the seasons is incredibly empowering and a wonderful way to practice self care. In many modern yoga classes the emphasis is on how the practice looks with extreme poses and an element of competitiveness that encourages people to push themselves too hard.  Students are expected to do the same routine each and every time they step on to the mat with no awareness of what might be going on seasonally, astrologically or with their own internal rhythms. I am hugely passionate about cyclical living and honouring our seasonal selves and this is where my love for feminine form yoga stems from. Feminine form yoga is all about how the practice feels and not how it looks. It's not about striving towards anything or accomplishing certain poses but instead is a moving meditation and a way to practice loving kindness towards our body and our mind. Feminine form yoga is inclusive and helps us to tune into our own bodies and what they need in each moment instead of trying to fit our body into cookie cutter shapes.  

The style of yoga that we'll be focusing on in these classes is a combination of gentle hatha, yin and restorative yoga as well as myofascial techniques and somatic movement. The emphasis of these classes is on self care and healing rather than focusing on strength and flexibility making these classes accessible and inclusive. The pace of the classes will be slow and gentle to ease the body and release tension and tightness. Each class invites intuitive movement - rather than me telling you every step of the class and each pose, they'll be windows of time for you to discover movements and poses that work for your body in that moment. This will help you develop your own practice and give you the confidence to adapt poses and routines to suit you. I have been practising yoga for 18 years and teaching for 6 and I'm also a sports and remedial massage therapist so I weave elements of body work into my classes too.


Every month we will be connecting to the seasonal and astrological energies at play and I will be creating yoga practices, meditations and self care rituals to help you embody each season.

Each month you will receive:

  • a 60 minute seasonal yoga practice - this will be a combination of hatha, yin and restorative yoga as well as myofascial techniques and somatic movements
  • a yoga playlist for each month
  • a write up about the month ahead - what's happening seasonally, with the moon, in the garden/hedgerow
  • a guided mp3 meditation tailored to the theme of that particular month
  • an invitation to work with a crystal of the month
  • an invitation to work with an essential oil of the month
  • self care recipes and rituals for the month

**MEMBERSHIP STARTS APRIL 1st** - enrollment for this membership is open now but the course content won't be live until April 1st

The investment for this membership is $18.00 a month (people who are in my Lunar Temple membership get this discounted to $10 a month - email me for the link).
