About this course
I am delighted to be bringing you this free online course to welcome in the month of November and the start of the season of slow. Winter can be a challenging time of the year, our bodies contain ancient wisdom and long to rest and reflect during the winter months like mother nature herself, but our timetables, jobs and social calendars tend to get busier and busier the closer we get to the festive season. One of my greatest passions is helping people to reclaim their connection to cyclical living and to honour the energies of each season. This course is designed to help you slow down and connect to this restful and nourishing time of the year. This year has been incredibly challenging for us all and winter is set to be a difficult and uncertain time so this course is my gift to you to help you connect with something beyond the chaos of the outside world and for you to cultivate your own inner calm and to be able to fill up your cup.

During this course, you will receive daily slow living and seasonal self care prompts including mindfulness, yoga, craft, aromatherapy, journaling, recipes and more.
This course is free and will begin on Sunday November 1st.
